Heston’s Two Ingredient Chcocolate Mousse

This recipe is incredible. Normally chocolate and water are mortal enemies but this recipe actually relies on them getting along together.

My Girlfriend and I gave this a go when we were at a friend’s house one night and needed a quick and simple desert. We had never tried it before but we went for it anyway, it would either end up a wild success or a disappointing failure. Success! the process of heating and cooling while whisking like a crazy person, actually works. The mouse was incredibly rich and not only did it taste great but everyone was so impressed, it was almost as if we turn water to wine!

This recipe does depend heavily on the chocolate you are using, the better quality the chocolate the better your result will be. I cant wait to try this with Lindt mint chocolate!
